Sugar Mountain is famous for hosting various bike games. It offers the newly built beginner and intermediate trails for riders who are new to Downhill Mountain Biking and are looking to get their feet wet at Sugar.

Contest Host of the Downhill Mountain Bike Competition-The Sugar Resort

Many of the nation’s top mountain bike racers link up at Avery County. For 2020, Sugar Mountain Resort hosts the Downhill Southeast’s Premier Gravity Race Series on Saturday and Sunday, 8 and 9 August.

Winning the Title of Mountain Bike Athletes- The Saturday Show

The Professional Men’s category at the contest starts off the contest with the title-winning game- “mountain bike athletes at the top of their field,”  on Saturday. The riders competed in one of the contests’ toughest divisions.

The Men Categories’ Performance in Race

The game was played among various categories at the show. It proceeded as follows:

The Professional Men’s Category:

Down there is the biker who ranks first.

  • Dakota Norton finishes first with the perfect-time of 3:21.67.

The Junior Men’s Category:

The Junior Men’s category covers the ages 18 or younger. They face a super-hard competition.

The ranking is as follow:

  • Jack Dichiara finishes first with a clock-ticking of 3:42.75.
  • Matthew Spong comes to second with time 3:49.01.
  • Corey Jackson finishes race to third with 3:49.72. time.

  • Mazie Hayden finishes second with the time 4:25.90.

Title Winning the Title of the Fastest Downhill Rider- The Sunday Show

On Sunday, the bikers band again comes up with the title-winning game. For this time the title was “ the Fastest Downhill Rider.”

  • Isak Leivsson finishes third with the time 3:26.34.

The Men’s Category One:

The Men’s Category one, ages 18 and younger, on Sunday.

  • Dichiara finishes first with the time 3:39.11.
  • Jackson comes second at 3:46.01.
  • Colin Mulally finishes third with a time of 3:47.06.

The Men’s Category:

In Men’s Category, which ages 40 and older, the ranking goes follow:
